This map depicts a more localized view of the galaxy, centered on Federation space.

Note the locations of the different fleets operating within Federation space:

* <font color="#927AF9">INDIGO Fleet</font> (now closed to RP)- Operates in the Alpha Quadrant on the coreward frontiers, bordering the Dalriadan Alliance and in close proximity to the Sidhe Imperium.

* <font color="#A89E68">GOLD Fleet</font>- Operates largely in the Beta quadrant, bordering the Echen F&#39;Don (Fardons), the Gorn, the Tholians, and the Romulans.

* <font color="#5657E3">BLUE Fleet</font> (now closed to RP)- Operates almost entirely in the Beta Quadrant, between GREEN and GOLD Fleets, bordering the Gorn and the Romulan Star Empire.

* <font color="#36B73B">GREEN Fleet</font>- Operates in the Alpha Quadrant at the extreme spinward borders of Federation space, in between BLUE and SILVER Fleets.&nbsp; Borders the Klingon Empire and the Romulan Star Empire. Also carries the distinction of being the fleet encompassing Sector 001.

* <font color="#D3D5B4">SILVER Fleet</font>- Operates in the Alpha Quadrant, sharing borders with GREEN, BLUE and GOLD Fleets.&nbsp; Its entire Area of Operation borders the Cardassian Union, though several independent governments reside within Federation space here, most notably within the Coal Sack.
