*SAs are the first grade in front line entry-level roles, and as such they serve as mentors to subordinate junior agents assigned as their partner. While rookie agents in grades AG-1 & AG-2 have graduated their training and mastered the concepts of the classroom, the SRAs must continue that educational process into real world field work and develop them into the progressive career pathways of the SFSECIS.<br>
